Shipping policy
You will be notified when your order is being fulfilled and/or out for delivery.
Pre-Order purchases/custom orders will result in longer expected delivery dates and are TBA (To Be Announced)
All shipments are done through our third party courier service unless you fall within our free local delivery or flat rate shipping parameters.
***If the Item is out for delivery (outside of Ryic's delivery parameters) then the package is in our third party courier service's hands***
Our third party courier service has a $100.00cad plus cost of shipping (no less no more) liability coverage for lost or damaged goods on all orders (even if your order exceeds 100.00$cad plus shipping) . This liability coverage just mentioned is automatically granted to you through every delivery option that our third party courier service provides at checkout In the event that the courier themselves are found liable for the lost or damaged goods. You, the consumer, can insure your package up to $5000cad by paying an extra 2.25$cad per 100.00$cad of coverage at checkout.
Any purchases delivered by our third party courier service that have been damaged, has missing contents, were not delivered when they were claimed to be or exceed the expected delivery date; please document everything to the best of your ability and contact us immediately at info@ryic.com. Your expected delivery time will be based upon what shipping option you choose that is set out by our third party courier service. That delivery time will be in effect as soon as your order/package is in their possession (you will be notified)
Any duties and taxes owed on any orders are the consumer's responsibility.
