Any purchases delivered by our third party courier service that have been damaged, has missing contents, were not delivered when they were claimed to be or exceed the expected delivery date; please document everything to the best of your ability and contact us immediately at info@ryic.com. We will open up a claims request for you and have the matter investigated. If in fact the courier is found liable for lost or damaged goods you can be refunded up to $100.00cad plus the cost of shipping as that specific coverage automatically comes with all shipping options provided by our third party shipping courier. You can also be covered by more, financially, if you paid for a higher premium when selecting your terms of shipping/liability coverage at checkout.
